Birth reports, Kundali analysis, and other personalized digital products are non-refundable once generated and delivered, as they are customized based on your birth details.
Purchased gift cards, vouchers, and promotional credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Once a pooja or ritual service has been scheduled and preparations have begun, no refunds can be issued as arrangements involve third-party priests and material procurement.
If you receive a defective product or experience significant technical issues during a consultation, we offer full refunds or replacements.
Report quality issues within 48 hours of delivery/service completion for immediate resolution.
In case of duplicate charges or billing errors, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate amount immediately upon verification.
